amarillo lemon balm summer ale 
Yellow orange liquid sunshine refreshment. We begin with a light malt base, just the right amount of wheat and amarillo citrus flavors finished and balanced with lemon balm grown and picked at the brewery and added to a subtle amarillo dry hop addition.

mortal peril ipa
Not deadly but we had some learning curve mishaps when we first brewed it. Our learning curve is your gain. Great citrus hop flavor and tones.

perseverance pale ale
Think of this one as the little sister to our ipas. This is lighter bodied yet hoppy refreshment.

particularity ipa *
Individuality and attention to detail. Regular additions of lots of citrusy hops on a hazy amber body with a touch of wheat make this a bold but balanced citrus up front, malty in the middle and a slightly bitter finish that makes you want to begin the experience again.

A northwest original malty ipa. Deep rich goodness, mild chocolate, coffee, caramel tones with traditional ipa bittering.

stiff back stout heart 
Chocolate coffee stout – a rich, wonderful stout with copious amounts of cocoa, molasses and dark brown sugar infused with 4 gallons of Brazil Sao Silvestre, cold brewed coffee from Vancouver coffee roaster, Relevant Coffee.

spectacle skeptic ale 
An American Strong Ale. One of my early home brewing recipes with some changes. One of the first times I brewed on an all grain system and my glasses fell in the strainer when I was transferring wort to a carboy and assumed I ruined the batch, being paranoid about contaminants. Malt forward with nice hop balance.

uncle albert farmhouse ale *
Spicey and creamy saison goodness with a dark amber color.

Spicey and creamy saison goodness with a dark amber color. Oh yea, and with a subtle coffee finish from cold brewed Relevant Coffee.

uncle albert chili farmhouse ale 
All of the goodness above aged on roasted anaheim & habanero chilies with a subtle chili flavor that is just right and not overwhelming.

uncle albert blueberry farmhouse ale
Uncle Albert again, aged on pounds of blueberries for each gallon of beer. Because we only use real blueberries, each batch is a little different but each batch has that wonderful blueberry expression of goodness.

uncle albert dubbel farmhouse ale 
What is a Dubbel Farmhouse Ale? A little tongue in cheek. Stylistically a Belgian Dubbel made with local ingredients and a derivative of our Farmhouse Ale recipe. We don’t easily fit into any boxes.

warrior monk double ipa  
Warrior &/or Monk. You decide. Aggressive or Meditative? Both, but just the right balance of four malts, five hops (beginning with Warrior) and three dry hop additions result in lots of hops on a tasty malt base. smooth and subtle, but also bold and strong.

malt whitman wry(e) ipa

fresh peril fresh hop dipa
Our annual fresh hopped ipa. We begin with our mortal peril ipa but use hops grown at the brewery and picked on the brew day and fresh/wet hop day to go straight into the brew kettle or secondary for flavor and aroma.

hops: magnum, hallertau, willamette, yakima, columbus, simcoe, cascade, centennial, chinook

chocolate orange you glad ale *
Chocolate + orange. We are pleased with the result. Add some cocoa, vanilla, sweet orange peel, coriander and citrus zest to just the right combination of malts and hops and here’s to ya!

holly jolly wally
A complex malt base produces some biscuit and toast tones with a rye wheat flavor and just a dash of caramel and chocolate well balanced with Amarillo and Simcoe citrus hops. You may think of a festive rye wheat bread with a hint of cinnamon and a citrus finish.

just brown ale  
An american hoppy easy drinking brown ale.

brother wolf ipa 
There is a legend of st. francis taming a wolf terrorizing a town. As a peacemaker he brought the town and the wolf into unity. There are also stories of the original name of hops translated as willow wolf. So this one is for brother wolf, the plant that makes all this goodness possible. The lighter of our two ipas this one is a fence sitter between a northwest style pale ale and an ipa.

Maltier and caramelly with a reduced hop schedule.
